Student Housing



The student accommodation will accommodate up to 400 students in a fully managed environment.  324 of the rooms will be shared by either 5, 7 or 8 students, each with their own en-suite bathroom, shared kitchen & living facilities. 76 of the rooms will be studio apartments, with a kitchenette included within each apartment.


Facilities within the student accommodation will include:

  • 24 hour concierge / security
  • Secure cycle storage

Key benefits for the local community:

  • There is great pressure on local housing stock due the number of students living in Lambeth; the proposals will release approximately 135 family houses currently occupied by students
  • There will be limited on-site parking, which will not increase the traffic use on the surrounding roads. The students will be provided with secure bicycle storage.
  • The close proximity of Vauxhall’s public transport hub will provide students with easy access into and around London by tube, train or bus.
