The local community will benefit from a broader leisure and retail offer that will be developed on the site, to include: 

  • A 93 bedroom hotel fronting Vauxhall Walk.  The hotel will benefit from the proximity of Vauxhall's transport hub and as a result, there will be no hotel car parking
  • A convenience food store along Tinworth Street will be provided; provision for day to day food shopping is currently lacking in the local area.  We will be talking to potential tenants for this unit in due course.
